We undertake employment work in connection with Employment Settlement Agreements. Such Agreements are used when an employer and an employee reach an agreement for the termination of an employee’s employment. The costs for dealing with such Agreements are usually between £350.00 plus VAT and £500.00 plus VAT and such costs are as a general rule paid by the employer.

We do not undertake work relating to other employment disputes such as unfair dismissal or discrimination matters.
